Three problems related to power window have been reported for the 2004 Toyota Camry.
There are tracks on each side of the window that are attached to the door to keep the window in place. It might require repeated movement up and down to get the door glass moving smoothly again. It came off track for reason something broke or rusted out u will need to remove door panel and inspect areas where glass sits in bottom frame and where glass is attached to wind up arms. The motor and the relay are the most likely to cause this problem. While driving approximately 30 mph the contact smelled smoke and the front passenger side window opened independently. I had this same problem on my 95 with the drivers window drooping forward towards the top while trying to close it so much so that it would make the weather stripping bunch up at the top.
